Please note -
The difference between the minimum and maximum quantity of fruit required does not alter the taste considerably - with exception to Blackberry, Raspberry & Cranberry Port.

Blackberry, Raspberry & Cranberry Port can be fortified with Brandy at the time of bottling - a 750ml bottle of brandy would fortify 30 bottles (750ml).  Please let us know at the time of bottling if you wish to fortify your port.
